Days Inn New Market, New Market

The only excellent part of our stay was the housekeeper she was very helpful, polite and very pleasant to talk to and we just learned she is no longer there. I am so glad she cleaned our room because when she finished, it smelled fresh and was so much cleaner then when we checked in. We would have probably checked out early if not for her because the room was dirty upon check-in

Stayed there on 9-17-09. The room was not clean. The commode backed up & over ran once. Shower was dirty and water did not drain from tub. Hot water was only warm at the very most. Usually the Days Inns are pretty decent but this one is a dump.

My fiance and I checked in at about 8pm. The 2 girls at the front desk looked at us like we each had 5 heads and they were not very friendly. We came to our room hoping to order some pizza but the hotel brochure only lists one restaurant. We called the only pizza hut we could find in the phone book to ask if they delivered here and they laughed at us. There is nothing in the town at all. The floor was clearly not vacuumed, the room felt about 12 degrees when we walked in and the heater barely worked. The bathroom floor had hair all over it, the tub was disgusting and the toilet was also dirty. The only towels in the room were two bath and two hand. I'm afraid to sleep in the bed. I don't even have to wait until the end of my stay to advise others not to stay here! I only wish I had read the other reviews before booking my night here.

Staff when checking in at night was OK. In morning staff person at desk was busy talking on phone and when my husband said he was paying cash, she put it on his credit card instead. She need to be off the phone when helping a customer. Continental breakfast was bare minimum. Wanted to take coffee back to room but they said they did not supply lids for cups. Never had this any other days in we stayed at over a 2 week period. Also not enough towels in room. Exccellent view and very quiet.

Dirty, bugs crawling across ceiling while lying in bed. Did not receive friendly or helpful service (front desk attendants acted like they did not want to be bothered by our questions). Overcharged credit card. Location was not convenient to many restuarants or pubs. We rode our harleys and got to the hotel after dark. We would like to have taken a shuttle or taxi to get dinner, however, theses services were not available. When I confronted the service desk at checkout time regarding the cleanliness of the room and the bugs, all I got was I apologize. This is not acceptable to me!!!!!! Sorry this Day's Inn fixed me for staying at any Day's Inn!

Just got home and had to tell you all to stay away! My room was awful, hard beds, filthy bathtub, and the pool was not cleaned at all. The young lady at the desk was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was standard ceraeal, bagels, juice. The price was fine, but you do get what you pay for. Location was super.

it was somthing new experience to say with new market days inn, we check in middle of the night and front desk allow as to say till 1pm, B'fast time is 6-9, when i went to reception at 10:30, he arrange continental B/fast for two of us, we pretty much relax there, i dont remember the front desk clark, anyway thanx days inn,,,

staff in a days in r friendly, location is really good to stay, b'fast was good, like to satay if i go on that route!!!!

staff on the dsk very polite, location made us fresh, very quiet palce to stay, peace of mind, on and average its relly pleasant stay then other motels, whenver v go by I81 would love to say there,,,,
