buyer beware
By matt travis, 1/18/10
This is a very nice place. I only now have figured out why; they don't pay their bills. Gordon Ramsey has not paid the vendors who supply him and the hotel with fresh flowers everyday. After several months of this behavior their unpaid bill is very large. Enjoy the stolen flowers.

High Expectations...
By JamesN, 5/28/07
May 2007 - The London NYC is a beautiful and modern hotel that enjoys a great location. The staff was excellent (not including restaurant); Mike the bellman was extraordinary in coordinating the details of our excursions through out this incredible city. The rooms are large and spacious, a quality that is rare in Manhattan. On the downside, the hotel was expensive ($500+ a night), the restaurant staff was very slow, and the bathroom door did not shut completely.

Met Movie Stars and was treated likeone as well!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/23/06
We camped out here for a week to do the city! Had huge one bedroom suite with three views of NYC, Hudson, Times Square. Awesome! Very comfy! Great bed, big bath, NICE! Ran into Gary Sinise who was shooting his crime NYC show (?), who was staying there, he was very nice. Also met Michael Imperioli from Sopranos in Central Park! This secret, low key spot is a celebrity regular, I was told by staff. Staff was great, the city was great! Great location, near the park, but on small side street. Nice pub across street.

I would definitely GO BACK!!!
By Diamond, 7/17/06
I really think this hotel is worth the price. It was nice and clean along with excellent service. I just wouldn't park my car in the valet parking garage, my family and I were charged twice for parking. We didn't move the car our entire stay at the hotel but yet we were charged. The attendants were very pleasant as well. I would recommend this hotel it was excellent in my opinion!

perfect location
By Diana, 5/22/06
The minute you enter the Rihga you feel special. The rooms are superb - extremely large for a couple and quite comforatble with a child or two. Nestled in the heart of the shopping and entertainment district, it is VERY quite. After 49 years, I won't stay anywhere else. Try the China Grill - two blocks away for a fun asian fusion dinner! D. Mold in the shower
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/28/05
I stayed here for two nights. The shower glass door was covered in mold! For $700 a night at the Park View Suite, I thought this was absolutely disgusting! Will never go back... EVER
