DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

THE PRICE QUOTED WAS WRONG FOR 2 ROOMS, when I arrived. Which was very upsetting it was ALOT more then I was quoted initally! The rooms was gross, the carpet needed to be cleaned, the locks were broken. The bathroom was so small that my kids didnt even wanted to use them.The lobby of the hotel is the only nice part.. of the whole place. The hotel dining option was Way over priced........ Overall I should have kept driving........ the biggest waste of money of my whole Vacation! The breakast was Walmart yougurt, cereal, OJ was completely out! If you can affordable better I would recommed to stay elsewhere! The staff was nice. and that was about it!
 
 
 
 
 
Better off somewhere else

Ceiling totally collapsed into our room and flooded other room that family member was staying in. Manager found other rooms for us to stay in, but, the rooms had air-conditioning problems and the one had not been touched by housekeeping. This was about midnight or after because of late arrival. The doors were very hard to open and close. However, the manager and staff did try their very best to make us comfortable and didn't charge us for the one night and didn't add the difference of the upgraded room to our bill. Still would recommend staying somewhere else.

Traveled with tour. Several did not have rooms assigned. My friend was one, we were to have been next to each other but to get a ground room for her she was far from me and I was on 2nd floor which she could not do as can not climb stairs. I got her settled into a room and then went to mine. Uninhabitable. No lights at door, went to try to turn on over the bed and stepped on glass: which turned out to be a broken lite bulb. Then used the bathroom and the stool seat was off hinges on one side and almost off on the other. Pinched by buttock and got a large bruise. I did get my room changed to one that was liveable. Would never stay there again. People were not particularlly helpful in the room ordeal!!!!

Absolutely horrible

Filthy...sheets not changed, hair in the bed. Dirty bathrooms. Asked for another room, air conditioner didn't work. Asked for a third room, beverages spilled all over the counter. Carpet was filthy, not even vacuumed. This hotel is not kept up. Without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Very peaceful

Stay somewhere else!

Not clean, expensive, rude staff. The other patrons that were stayiing there were very unhappy too. I can't find a good quality to mention about this place. Stay anywhere but here!

Service was fine at the front desk. The waitress in charge of breakfast was very cheerful and helpful. Room was OK, but needed more light by which to read. Location was where I desired to stay. Pool was outdoors, unheated, and closed; the advertising copy made no mention of this!
