Very Impressed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/08/07
I was very impressed by this hotel. The room was exceptional-- large, clean, beautiful. The staff went out of the way to be helpful and friendly multiple times during my one night stay. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful too. I will definetly stay here again and I will only stay at Quality Suite hotels from now on

I stayed at this hotel and felt like I was in Mexico. The surroundings were beautiful and the service was friendly. I can't wait until I get the chance to stay again.

Cant say enough good things!
By , 03/21/07
I dont think I have ever stayed in a cleaner and friendlier hotel. Since it was St. Patricks day there were alot of partiers at the hotel, but as unbelievable as it sounds, we never heard any noise at all! It was like being in a sound proof room. Even the breakfast was not the usual "complimentary breakfast", we had eggs, hashbrowns, bisquits and gravy, bacon and sausage, served by the friendlest chef I've ever met. And yes it was also "complimentary" plus you also had a choice of muffins, bagels, cold cereal and freshly made waffles. It was absolutely wonderful. We cant praise this Hotel enough, in fact I laid there trying to figure out something derrogatory about it, and never did come up with anything. Even the pillows were wonderful. I have never been to a hotel that had a "free" 24 hour beverage service, coffee, pop, 3 kinds of juice and even cappucino. We cant sing enough praises for this delightful hotel!

Plenty
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/14/06
Stay here monthly. Nice breakfast for you to tak e out when you even leave at 6 in the morning - right when it starts. You can easily bed 6 people in a 2 person room with the 2 beds and pullout couch. Even then if some want to crash on the floor, you could have room for one or 2 more. Which is great when you splint the room price between the individuals. Will admit, a nice heated pool would be great in there, but there is the spa and hot tub... Along with a small exercise room. Very quiet. Service is good. Extra ethernet cable for those who do not have a wireless card in their laptop. In room internet for the people that do. You have Bennigans, McDonalds, some diner right down the street. Meijers and Krogers around for those late night runs. So if the small shop in the hotel doesn't have it, it can be just a 5 minute drive to Krogers to get it. Like I've said. I go here monthly and share my room with my comrades. Good save.

nice
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/12/06
it was a nice place to stay...I guess, but the breakfast wasn't any good, and the evening drinks....well, need more. Took my granddaughter, nothing for her to do. But its my fault, should have checked the amenities. This hotel is geared for business travel only

Overpriced
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/16/06
This hotel is overpriced and has a bad location - it's not near anything in Lansing or East Lansing! The staff was nice, but that was about it.

My Home Away from Home!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/19/06
I'm a divorced Dad from New York with 2 kids who live in the Lansing area. I stay here every month when I travel to see them. Since all the rooms are suites this works great for me, my girls have a room and so do I. The pull out couch and roll-away bed mean everyone had their own bed to sleep in! The service is unparalled and everyone treats me and my girls well. The breakfast is great and the cooks know our orders. My girls love to eat in the gazebo. The only thing missing is a pool! The staff gives me advice on local attractions and they even keep my car seats and kids toys in storage each month so I don't have to lug them on the plane! Its an outstanding value, a hotel like this in New York would easily be twice as much! Highly Recommended!

Very Clean and Beautiful

I must say this was the cleanest hotel I ever stayed at. Service was top notch. Free breakfast was the best and was at least a $15 value. If your in the Lansing area it is a must stay!!!

suites are great - hot breakfast was included
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/06/05
We liked the size of the suites - I think all are suites. Suite had fridge and sofa and we were impressed with the cabinets in the suite. We particularly enjoyed the hot breakfast - very fast but good -especially the waffles. This was one of the best Quality hotels I have stayed at.
