InnSeason Resorts Surfside, East Falmouth

At first this resort seems like the ideal vacation spot. Beautiful rooms, ocean view..etc.. All was perfect until I happened to hear a few of the housekeepers talking about the BED BUG PROBLEM!!!!! Yes, that's right BED BUGS. I was so grossed out and contacted the general manager John. I figured that having exchanged into this resort for many years that he would find a way to solve this or dispute these facts. WRONG again. What an arrogant and RUDE man!!!! He didn't even deny it but pretty much told me that i didn't "have" to stay there!!! The gall. Well they got their wish!! I will NEVER stay at one of the Inn Seasons resorts ever again. I own at 4 different resorts and have never been treated in such a manner. The manager needs a training course in people management.

We purchased our timeshare here many years ago about eight or so when it was under construction. We love it at Surfside and the staff is always available to us. It is the perfect Cape Cod location. We own three other timeshares in other locations, but we always use our Surfside week as our July week at the beach. We would never trade our week for anywhere else !! Come see it you will love it too !!

Surfside was our first time share and still our favorite. The proximity to the ocean and salt pond are part of the experience for us. The staff may seem to be invisible at times, but have always responded when a need arose. Have stayed in the one bedroom units as well as a studio, always clean, and amply stocked for the specified occupants. The pool area has been functioning on our visits and is always a wonderful retreat. Some of the units may show some signs of wear and tear, but I never felt it was cheap or neglect. The location is a bit dead off season, when we tend to travel, but that is our preference and an opportunity to see how the locals live when the tourists are gone. I will continue to return and enjoy the area and relaxig surfside atmosphere.

I just love SurfSide. The location is just perfect. We always stay in an oceanfront room and get the view of the ocean from the balcony at sunrise and sunset over the water...beautiful. The staff is more then accomadating and the pool is so warm and clean. We have stayed in a deluxe studio room, a one bedroom and a 2 bedroom and everything was great in all of them. My parents just picked a place on the cape for us to go for our 25th Anniversary back in 2002. The place, without even knowing about it, was SurfSide, and we have been going up every year since. Now we bring my parents with us. We just got back home tonight, so it is still fresh on my mind. We had a great time. It's so close to good restaurants, shopping and boatrides to the other islands or just an hour cruise in Hyannis. We highly recommend SurfSide for your next vacation. We'll be back.

THE RESORT HAS A GREAT VIEW!! STAFF IS VERY NICE LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! NICE RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA WELL MAINTAINED ALL IN ALLL EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AT THIS RESORT

It is a beautiful property as well as the other 2 InnSeason propertys in Falmouth The HarborWalk and the Captians Quarters... We are owners and we absolutely love it! Highly recomended!

When outside doors show evidence of being jimmied open, door frames show rust, the interior furnishings are best described as cheap, hall rugs stained and in some places torn, and the exterior paint is peeling off, we're not going to be returning there. There's only provision for dial up internet connection, at $.75 a call! Location is on the beach. It may be if your ideal location allows a walk to the beach and the interior makes it seem OK to bring sand in, maybe this is for you. By the way, $0.75 for local or 800 calls added to the insult. The front office was closed when we arrived about 11 PM in mid September, one must wait for a roving security guard to come by for check in. I hope your luck is better than ours. The front desk staff really tried to be helpful when we were checking out, but there's little they can do about the physical plant. We stayed at the Cove at Yarmouth a couple of times: try there first unless walking to the beach is important to you.

Although the beach area isn't the best, it is quite nice. The room we stayed in was terrific for our stay. The family had tons of fun there, along with the outdoor and indoor pool.

The ocean is all around and is so peaceful. We own 4 timeshares in wonderful Falmouth. I love the people that work at the resort. They are friendly and effecient. This past winter they have redone most of the units at the resort. The time share owners are nice the weeks we are there. One other great thing about being an owner at this super resort is the opportunity to go there anytime you want and use the faciliites. In the summer I often take day a trip and sit on our private beach and swim in one of the heated pools.
