Horrible stay

Staff greeted us warmly when we check in, but upon entering our room, we discovered a number of problems. The beds were rumpled, the floors were dirty, coffee pot was used, dirty cups and linens were on vanity, other peoples' key cards were still left on desk, hair was visible in bathtub, and phone wouldn't work. Problems were reported to front desk. We were told there were no other rooms available. Their solution was to send the maintenance man with a vacuum cleaner to sweep and rinse out the coffee pot. We were told that this was the best they could do. They did not have access to the housekeeping supplies, so nothing could be cleaned. Management disregarded our concerns and were not helpful in finding a solution. It was an awful stay, and I would not recommend it to anyone. They say that they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but after several calls to customer service, we have not seen that to be the case.
