My room was dirty and the smell in my room and hallway was terrible. I had reserved a microwave and a refrigerator which their website says is included with every room, but they said would be an additional $5 a day. I did not get a microwave or refrigerator until my third and final day. I did not think I should have to pay for it for the one day since I did not get it when I was told I would,but they would not budge and I had to pay the $5. You must pay in advance for your entire stay upon check in. I paid cash and then when I checked out a day early they would not give me a cash refund and said they would mail me a check. Not a pleasant experience and I would tell everyone to not stay at this hotel.
