Great for Sleeping!
Since we only use it for storing our things and sleeping, it is a great hotel for that purpose alone. Yes, the old woman that runs the place seems rude, but that just cultural limitation. She turns around into a happy mood from a crabby mood almost in a comical fashion reminiscent of the old lady from Kung Fu Hussle. If you just realize that you'll have to quick-fire your questions and get through the call as quickly as possible, there will be no issue. Rooms are kept quite clean and noise is a minimum. There's a Burrito and 7-11 place nearby, within a 5-minute walk, and ample parking on the street if the small lot fills up. MTS is within a two-mile drive (but the lot fills up there quickly) if you have to take public transit anywhere. Buses are really close too. There is a rickety elevator, which was much more helpful than walking up stairs to the room. Once you get to know the lady, she's not all that bad. Just watch the room charges, they tend to "flub up" a bit.
