Fairfield Inn by Marriott Anaheim Disneyland Resort, Anaheim

I loved my whole America experience, as my first trip overseas, I instantly fell in love with California, being my first stop. I would love to stay here again and am coming back in Summer to see Christmas in USA. Will be coming back for longer and will hopefully spend some more time looking around the hotel, Los Angeles/Hollywood, Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure(really is "the happiest place on earth") and Anaheim. Also hoping to see more of the country! The service at the hotel was great, staff were friendly and helpful(although being from Australia, difficult for me to understand)and the place was beautiful.

It was really clean, safe and the beds were really comfortable. Plus, it's so close to walk to Disneyland. It's much closer than walking to the parking structure at Disneyland. The customer service at the hotel was wonderful, they went out of their way to help us out.

Simple and easy- it is just a place to sleep and that's it it is not like you have to spend your whole life there

The Fairfield Inn is located right across the street and half a block North from the main entrance to the Disneyland Resort. You can walk to the main entrance plaza in just a few minutes! They offer a Shuttle, but it takes less time to just walk across the street. You can tell how nice this place is when you walk into the lobby. The Fairfield Inn is clean, attractive and one of the best lodging choices in the area. They offer room service from Mc Donald's and Millie's Restaurants, both are right next to the property, there's also a Mimi's Restaurant just steps away. I was really pleased with our room. It was clean and nicely decorated. The King rooms are a nice size with a seating area/coffee table as you enter the room. All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, blow-dryer and coffee maker. The TV gets HBO, ESPN and the Disney channel. The air conditioning units work well. If you ask, you can get a "Park View" room, and see the lights of Disneyland & California Adventure (visible from upper railings) from your room. At the Westernmost end of the top floor, there is an unobstructed and absolutely Spectacular view of the Disneyland fireworks show. They have a really nice pool in front of the property. I never visited the pool area, but noticed that it looked clean and well-maintained. The Fairfield Inn is a great place to stay. The rooms are really nice when I've stayed there, it was because their rates were lower than the other hotels in the Harbor Strip area. If you have a family and are on a budget, I think you'll be really pleased if you stay here. I'd be more than happy to stay at the Fairfield Inn again.

THIS IS JUST A LARGE MOTEL! OUR ROOM WAS SMALL AND LOOKED JUST LIKE THAT OF A CHEAP MOTEL! THE ROOM & LOBBY WERE THE ONLY CLEAN AREAS OF THIS MOTEL! THEIR "TIE-UP" WITH THE LOCAL MILLIE'S RESTAURANT PRODUCES HORRIBLE ROOM SERVICE! IT'S REALLY HARD & FRUSTRATING TO FIND PARKING! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID FOR!! TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE...

A nice budget hotel close to Disneyland. If you a looking for a luxury hotel this is not it. But if you are looking for friendly staff, fairly clean rooms and a good location this is it.

It has a good location; so do many others which I will try out before I would go back to this place again!

I love the location, its about 4 Hotels up from the Ihop and we love going. This hotel is #1 to our family.

I have been to Disneyworld in Florida many times and this reminded me of a Value Resort with larger rooms. Doors to your room are outside like a motel (like value resort) and you can request a view of the park so you can see the fireworks and both parks at night. You can walk to the park in about the same distance it would take in Florida to walk from your room to the bus stop (approximately a quarter mile). McDonalds is next door which gives you an inexpensive breakfast or dinner, and Millies Restaraunt is also good for a little more money. We also found 10% off coupons for McDonalds in the lobby. The staff was friendly and the motel was clean and was Disney themed. The only downside to our stay is some one had taken all the heads off the jets in the hot tub(need the hot tub after a day at Disney), but other than that this is a great place to stay for anyone visting Disneyland.
