I like the fact that the staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and refreshing. I particularly liked the rooms with lofts. From now on this will be my first choice.
 
 
 
 
 
I LOVED THIS HOTEL

I don't know where this other reviewer stayed but I loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Exp Century City. The staff was concerned with our having anything we needed. The two women at the front desk were helpful and knowledgable about the surrounding attractions like Fox studios and Beverly Hills, the whirlpool was a welcome respite after sightseeing. The attractions in the vicinity were a bit limited but having Ralph's across the street and a modest fridge allowed us to buy tv dinners, fruit and soft drinks. I really cannot praise the staff any higher. I was even allowed to check in almost three hours before check in time!

Worst Holiday Inn I've stayed at.

Good: Large room, large fridge, Ralphs accross the street. Bad: Bed was very old, lumpy and creaked a lot. The hot water cut in and out. The room had a very funny smell. The AC/Heater was either off or full on; could not set temp. Breafast area is a tiny converted room. Staff acted as if they were doing me a favor by helping me. $10.00 extra a night to park your car. Bottom Line: Stay at the Marriot Courtyard next door for a few more dollars. I am rethinking ever staying at a Holiday Inn Express due to how bad this stay was.
