I hope the rooms for a general stay are nicer than the ones given to AAA members. We were given a room on the fourth floor looking at the back of another business and an embankment. The room was lackluster, like a jailcell. I wouldn't sit on the sofa and slept in our clothes, questionable change of sheets. The shower was slow. Come 2:30 am bridal parties partied in the hall which I came close to a fight. People knocking on doors. This is usually escorted by hotel personnel so that other guests are not disturbed, not here. No recourse was given on check out. $135 out the window on an otherwise nice day with my family. Don't count on anything that's nice under $160, no matter what the internet says.

TERRIBLE DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

Noise level on the first floor is unacceptable. We came in late and all we wanted to do was sleep. We did not want to call them to tell them that the people next door to us were nosiy. We just wanted to sleep. They did not clean the room. They did come by twice, but we told them to come later. Then they did not come at all. When we checked in they did not tell us about the breakfast in the morning, other than Sundays. That is part of our "rental fee." When we complaint to let them know of the issues when we checked out on Sunday, they could not help us at all. Don't waste your money. Stay somewhere else.

Front desk manager was abrupt and disrespectful. He held the room hostage until the last appropriate time to release. I was tempted to cancel my reservations after interacting with this covertly rude service provider. Presents an extremely poor image for this hotel.

Food was bad but Hotel was nice.

We got a free ticket for the buffet aqnd it wasn't worth it. The rooms were nice, clean including the bathrooms. The service was fine. The hotel is located on the hill of Simi so it has a nice view. Right next to freeway entrance.

The hotel was clean, service was very good, but the walls are too thin. I stayed up until 2am because my right neighbors where arguing, and woke up at 6am because the people in the upstairs room decided to get up and move around. Otherwise, the food is great, location to Simi Valley is the best, and the folks are very hospitable.
