Disgusting
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/05/09
Without a doubt the biggest slop hole I have ever stayed in, room was filthy, toilet sprayed water all over the floor when flushed and whatever was on the microwave made me want to vomit. Sleep in your car, you will be better off.

Not the best not the worst...but pet friendly.
By colleen, 09/24/08
The corners of the carpet were dirty and gross. The room smelled like smoke but it was a non smoking room. I got the room for $50.00 from hotwire.com so I didn't have high hopes when I got here. It is pet friendly though with a $50.00 fee which I skated around and snuck my cats into anyway. With them charging me $9.60 a day in taxes and fees, I figure I already paid for any pet fee. The continental breakfast was quite nice. They have someone very nice there to help you and make sure the food stays well stocked. Pleasant dining room with free newspaper and television. The staff is very friendly and the location is pretty good so all in all I suppose the stay was ok but the room still stinks and the carpet is still dirty and there is no remote for the tv. I suppose for the same price of $50.00 I would come back again, but maily for the breakfast and the location.

Unsafe and unsavory
By Fashionista Girl, 09/15/08
Upon arrival, it took a long time for my reservation to be confirmed. The room was not clean and it was poorly lit. the bed was uncomfortable. That night be and my boyfriend left our belongings on a table and went to bed. the next morning several pieces of jewelery were missing. we searched the entire room. we complained to management and continued our weekend. when we came back several hours later, the items were placed under a wash cloth in the room. someone on the hotel staff went into our room while we were sleeping and took personal property. do i need to say anything more?

Pleasant and Clean place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/05/07
Very clean and the people working there are kind and helpful. Only thing I did not like was that you could hear the neighbors through the thin walls. Nice little breakfast too.

This Hotel Is Excellent !!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/09/06
Our stay at this hotel was excellent! The front desk staff were very polite and went out of their way to help out. Breakfast was excellent, I loved their waffles! Hotel was in walking distance of all kinds of restaurants, it was hard to decide where to eat. I will definately stay here again next time I come to Vallejo.

Needs Improvement
By dawn, 03/16/06
stayed because we were told it was the best around... if that is true Vallejo could use some new hotels. Our room was on the second floor in the back. Arrived after dark and there were absolutely NO LIGHTS in the parking lot, hallways, etc. The room was alright though not exactly clean - washcloth from previous occupant was hanging on the shower rod and the room reeked of smoke although it was supposed to be a non smoking room. I will look for something better on my next trip to the area.

Not Impressed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/24/05
Our stay at the Ramada Inn was not very impressive. The rooms are nice, but not great. A big group of us went and we reserved three rooms and they all had a gross smell to them. Our room smelled like a smoking room even though it was non-smoking. The highlight was the heated pool. The breakfast was good and the service was satisfactory also. However, we probably won't stay here again.

This hotel is great!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/01/05
My husband and I stayed at the Ramada Inn, taking advantage of the Ramada Romance package they had. The room was very spacious and very clean. The front desk staff was informative, polite, and very very helpful. Next time we are in Vallejo, there is no question where we will stay.

Won't go here again
By Rebecca, 05/13/04
Came here on a group rate. Could have gotten a better price online. Room was dirty, carpet recently stained, couch recently stained, vacuuming poor, drawers and cupboards had remnants from previous guests. Dust. Room decor really ugly. Remote for TV missing. Sofa bed/couch not usable as couch as cushions sunk into frame because mattress too thin. Came in at 9:30 at night, and only one desk clerk on duty (appeared to be only personnel on premises), and he was swamped trying to take wakeup calls and telling people they could not make long distance calls unless they came down to the desk to personally authorize charges on credit card. Exposed plumbing (drain pipe 3 inches above hole in floor for draining) in continental breakfast area in lobby. Uneven tile merging into carpet in lobby looked like someone could easily trip. My husband, who ordinarily would not do such a thing, checked the sheets on the bed to make sure it had been changed after last guest. Several of us wondered if this place has an hourly rate.
