No Response to Damages

I stayed at this hotel and had water damages from an air conditioner that leaked during the night. Luckily I had removed my laptop from the case so the things that were damages were the accessories and the bag. I ended up having to buy a new bag and gave their insurance company a list of items that were damaged. To date (October 11) I still have not heard from t hem. When I informed the desk clerk and manager to the damage in the room, they gave me another room, forced me to move all my belongings and never once offered an apology or any type of customer service incentive to offset my having to move everything one hour before my meeting started. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Much nicer hotels in SLC where you actually do get customer service.
