Comfort Inn South, Bellville

The check in time is supposed to be 3, but we got there and they said it would not be ready for another hour. We come back, it is still not ready and she doesnt say when it will be. We sat in the waiting room with three children until 4:45 when we ASKED if our room was ready and she said yes. Was she planning on telling us? No discount, no apology. The beds were the hardest beds i have slept on in my life. I got a few hours sleep, and my back is killing me. Plus with all the kids in the pool, they have no lifeguard. Some of the kids get out of hand, but there are pretty much no rules. We will not be going back!

CHECK IN WAS AT 3:00, WE DIDNT GET OUR ROOM TIL 4:45. I ASKED IF WE WOULD BE ABLE TO CHECK OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER NOON SINCE WE DIDNT GET OUR ROOM ON TIME. I WAS TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO CHECK OUT AT 11:00 BUT WE COULD SWIM TIL 2:00. THAT WOULD BE HARD TO DO WITH 3 CHILDREN. I WOULDNT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Your room will not be ready when you get there at 3:00pm even thought that is check in. Did not get mine till 4:00 almost half of the hotel had to wait for more than 1 hour to get their room.Most did not get room till after 5 even up till 6. The entrance and lobby was full of angry people. Staff did not care. Everybody was complain they said they would see about discounts in morning well you NEVER got discount. Pool was way too crowded they sell day passes to let people swim. You couldn't even jump in pool cause so many people. Then they let peolpe have birthday parties there too. There were 2 parties while I was there. There was no where for people to sit. This place is not organized at all.Don't go there or your whole family will be disappointed.
