TERRIBLE place to stay
By Meesha, 3/30/09
This hotel was a second choice for us; the first place was filled except for a room on the second floor (I have 5 month old twins) and we needed a ground floor room. I wish I would have taken the 2nd floor room at the other place. My step dad's room had no running water at first try, no tissues, lights didn't work and the place smelled funny. In our room a few lights didn't work, there was no hot water on our last day there and the phone had some kind of gunk (that I can only hope wasn't something from someone's nose) on the receiver. Also, they charge 50 cents for local calls and we still couldn't get through to a pizza place. Apparently some of the local young people like to party outside the hotel too. A man was drinking a beer and leaning against our window and started banging on it while my twins were asleep. I do not recommend anyone stay at this place and I'm writing a letter to headquarters.

Skanky
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/28/07
The place absolutely REEKED. The room was awful.. it smelled so bad I went to Walmart and bought a can of air freshner. I sprayed a whole can, nothing took away the stench. There were nicotine stains, tar streaks on the TV, burnmarks on the lampshades, black mold on the air conditioner, wallpaper peeling off the walls, ceiling stains, and watermarks on the curtains. The comforter should have been burned. There was no ventilation... the air conditioner did not bring in outside air, and the bathroom had no vent. Our clothes and luggage stank so bad when we came home from vacation, we left it on the porch.

-not a value when you're creeped out

Pro: beds appeared clean - no bugs or stains Con: filth and smells of the entire building, the place gave my family the "willies"

Not Bad
By unhappy patient, 4/21/06
First impression was the hallway smelt like an old damp basement. But was surprised to find the room and bathroom clean. Got there in the early morning too tired to make it to our destination. The parking lot was full of cars. Not a bad price either $49.60 for 2 full sized beds.
