Super 8 Moab, Moab

We stayed a total of 3 nights in this hotel out of convience, availability and cost. The real trouble occured on our day of checking out. Our camera case with a digital camera and camcorder with priceless memories from our trip went missing from this hotel. This hotel seems to follow no policy when a guest loses or misplaces their belongings. We realized that these things disappeared from our room to the parking lot after dropping them in the hallway and not being able to find them. The cleaning staff do not speak English. And the front desk is essentially useless and lack any empathy what so ever. The Moab PD was called and came out to write a report about the incident. To say the least, my husband and I with our 2 young children, had a wonderful trip out to Moab and into the Canyonlands but all of the pictures and video we took are gone. And there is nothing anybody can do about this!

We have stayed there one night , one night too many old , overpriced, dirty.

We stayed 3 nights.The rooms and pool were clean, and the air conditioner worked well. The advertized free WIFI did not work at all for the whole time we stayed. We were advised to call the 800 number listed on a card in our room, (I guess this is a common occurance) After following the recommended procedure, it still would not work. We gave up and then just drove to another hotel's parking lot to get the internet.

Unfortunately, we had a group of 15 guys and 4 experienced bed bug bites. Make sure you pull back the seats and examine the bedding because you could find something had been sleeping with you all night only to see spots all over your body the next morning. The guys finally spoke about it after the second night and was encouraged to let the staff know who in turn put them into another room. I can say this was not the best place to stay.

This location offers a good value for the money!!! The continenta breakfast was well-staffed on a busy Sunday morning. Nice large room. Clean Laundry. Desk clerks attentive and helpful.

I liked the location. No real complaints at all. Rooms were clean and the service was friendly. Very pleased. I hope to get a chance to find the hot tub this year.

pretty nice for the price rooms were clean. pool was enjoyed by the grandkids Breakfst area was very busy and was not kept stocked and neat

Inflexible for reservation changes and that applies to Yahoo travel as well. Broke a hand and couldn't cancel the last day of the reservation. Hotel not willing or able to help out. Yahoo travel said no changes are possible. Room was average. Pool was dirty.

This hotel was very clean and a great place to stay at reasonable rates, the housekeeping staff was very good and never seemed to move anything they were not suppose to. The front desk staff cuold have been nicer, but they did their job. the Pool closes at midnight, which I don't understand, it's unmonitored anyway. maybe to keep down the noise for the rooms close to it? the breakfast was kinda cheesy, but we didn't go there for the breakfast. If the rates were the same, I would stay again. Very clean place.
