ill stay there again

i was there 3 hours early and forwarnd them that i would be arriving early and they had my room done for me breakfast bar was good and workers were friendly will b staying there again in a few weeks didnt find any hair any place very clean room

I use to work there

I worked the desk. I started out in housekeeping. I did desk work and as soon as someone would leave I'd clean the room if i wasn't busy. I worked nights after the housekeeping staff had left. I loved working there and this really is a nice hotel. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Wendy

Nice location.. but poor service

I got there early one time.. they said a room wasn't ready.. so I gave them my cell phone number to call when one was. 4 hours later a room still wasn't ready. I went to the Holiday Inn nearby and it was wonderful. Recnetly I went back and asked to have a late checkout and was told I could only stay until 11:30, that housekeeping doesn't stay too late and why I couldn't stay later.. So I'm confused.. one time I wanted checked in early and couldn't.. then I wanted to stay late the last time and couldn't.. What's wrong with this picture??
