Will Never Go Back!

I will never go back to this particularly Travelodge ever. First, it was not worth my money. A bit too expensive for one night. Second, the service was poor and the staff not as friendly and accomodating. I made a complaint to the front desk clerk that a bag with very important items was missing and perhaps thrown away. I told the person what that bag contained and that it was wrong for the housekeeper to have taken it from the room and have it thrown away. I asked for the bag to be returned that day, which I did get back, when I returned to the same room that night. The next morning, I thanked the person at the front desk for giving me back the same bag and did not get a "You're welcome" in return. The same for "Thanks for staying at San Jose Downtown Travelodge." And I had stayed there for two nights too.
I would much advise staying at another downtown motel or perhaps the Clarion President Inn or the Holiday Inn down the road.
