Airport Inn & Suites, London

I both liked and disliked this hotel. I disliked the fact that the cooks seemed rude. But the buffet serving girl was HOT! I believe her name was Ashley, she went out of her way to help my grandfather. Can't wait to go back!

Staff rude and don't seem to want to be there... i especially didn't like how the staff treated each other (even if they didn't think anyone could hear) Breakfast was amazing. (the only good part) beds i must admit were comfortable however when i woke up i found a couple bites on my leg. assume it was bed bugs as i was no where near where bugs could bite me.

My family and I were in town a while ago for one night. The hotel is definatly average overall but the breakfast was amazing! I would definatly go back for seconds on the breakfast alone!

The inn was clean, easy to check into, centrally located to where I needed to be, and the free breakfast was not too bad. I would go back and infact that is how I ended up at this site, in order to make another reservation.

Cozy lobby, fireplace. Interesting photos and histories of Canadian military airplanes - Lancaster, Spitfire, etc. Bathrooms are starting to show their age - grime in corners, etc. Mattresses old and too soft. Full breakfast is free and filling. However, breakfast ends at 9:30am, even on weekends. Not a particularly good value. Well over $100 per room. WiFi coverage within motel spotty. Some back rooms - eg Room 125 - have no WiFi. Must go to lobby for coverage.

The front desk staff, not going mention names, were aweful. Not helpful, and very rude!!!!! I found the front desk staff not willling to own up to their mistake and were very rude about it. Dec 24, 06 (NIGHT) changed my outlook completely of the Hotel and I will never stay their again.

Hotel staff very nice. Clean building. Wireless in hotel, didn't reach room. If needed ask for room near transmitter. Heard breakfast was good. Didn't make it to breakfast as it ends at 9:30am. Good price. Hotel on far east side of the city, but easy to get to and quick access to the 401. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a large room. Will stay there again.

Very good value, clean, tidy, well stocked. Excellent breakfast.

I stayed for two days on business and the hotel was great. It was located right around the corner from the conference. The breakfast was also very good.
