Nice Hotel, Bad Service

Our reservation was lost, we had to sit around for over an hour while they figured it out, they transferred us to another Shilo Inn, and the front desk man was quite rude and unhelpful, especially after all the trouble we had, by the time he got us checked in, the room service and hotel rest. were closed! We have stayed in Shilo hotels all over Oregon and the service is SO much better.
