Extend A Suites Columbus, Columbus

I would like to let everyone know our hotel is under an entirely new management and staff since these reviews as of the begining of 2010. I invite you all to come and see us and see what great service and accomodations we offer at very affordable rates. We also have a great location being minutes from Polaris and Easton shopping malls!

Room was pretty clean. Rate was great. Front desk staff was very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was really good with a good assortment of breads, cereal, juices, and fresh waffles. Did not expect such a good breakfast. They also accommodated our early check-in and a room rate discrepancy with class. I felt respected!

We were not helped. No towels available. We had to wait an hour. We were locked out of our room because the door wouldn't open when we came back from our conference. It is not the Howard Johnson that it use to be.

Location was not the best and it was a bit noisy next to the freeway but was a good value and comfortable enough! Worth a stay on a limited budget.
