Horrible - do not stay!!!
By cyclewatts, 12/03/09
The reservation took 30 min and they did not get the reservation correct. They also overcharged me and it took 12 phone calls to fix it.

Definately not a 3-star facility
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/03/09
You'll be disappointed if you expect a 3-star hotel. It's basically a motel (all outside extrances) with 2 room kitchenettes. The kitchen area is a bit run-down. Overall it's fairly clean, but the pool is outside and is closed, the "restaurant" is a small coffee shop, and there is no room service. They charge 5.95 for internet access and it is very slow. It's OK if you get it for $50, but not worth any more than that.

This was a pure crappy hotel!!!
By Eric J, 07/20/08
I have never seen a hotel that had a pure poor service quality in my life. Out of all the hotels that I ever stayed in; This was the worst hotel suites that I have ever expierienced. The customer service at the front desk gave my girlfriend a hard way to go when we first arrived last Monday (7-14-08). I would NOT recommend this dump to any of my friends. How dare they charge $3.75 for a bottle of water that was ALREADY in the suite!? All I have to say is this; I'll spend my money in Virginia!! At least we can get better service there. Bottom line in 2 simple word for your hotel in Rockville is this "NEVER AGAIN!!!"

Best hotel I've ever stayed in!
By Eva, 06/26/08
You cannot beat these accommodations for the price. My family of four stayed here during our trip to Washington DC. It is a 15-20 minute subway ride into town but it is a very nice area and well worth the ride. The room had a bedroom area with a tv and a separate kitchen/living room area with another tv. The kitchen included a microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and stove. Also, the free breakfast was the best I've ever had! Eggs, potatoes, donuts, sausage and other pastries were available and delicious! Plus, I put my business card into a drawing and won a free I pod. You can't beat that!

Nice Room and Price
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/09/08
I stayed here for a few days and it felt like my own apartment! It is nice and private and the staff is friendly. The price is very reasonable and I would go back.

Located close to the Shady Grove Metro stop. Shuttle service within 5 mile radius. Just off Interstate 270. Great location for family or business trips. Morning Breakfast provided with stay/Starbucks coffee every morning. Comfortable suite rooms with kitchenette. Pet friendly. Wireless access. Enjoyed our stay.

2007 Couples Retreat
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/21/07
The 2007 Couples Retreat was held at Woodfins Suites in Rockville, MD and it was the most pleasurable event. Ms. Lee Ireland and her staff make our event go so smoothly. They were professional and so helpful in everyway. It was cost effective and the couples loved their suites. I am 100% satisfied with the service, staff and dining. Note: Rock Grill crab cakes was the best I ever had! :)

ONE BEAUTIFUL NIGHT!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/18/07
I STAYED THERE ON NEW YEARS EVE WITH MY FIANCE AND I FELT LIKE I WAS AT HOME. IT IS SO COMFORTABLE AND THE AMENITIES ARE GREAT. YOU CAN ACTUALLY COOK IN YOUR ROOM FOR YOUR MAN AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THE HASSLE OF FINDING RESTURANTS AND SPENDING A LOT OF EXTRA MONEY, ALL FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. I WISH THEY HAD OTHER LOCATIONS IN WASHINGTON, D.C.

Good deal for small amount of money
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/11/05
Large room with free use of refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. Large grocery store is 5 minutes away. Free breakfast buffet with a large variety of hot and cold food, free DVD rentals, two free glasses of wine on some nights, free grilled hamburgers on the Wednesday night that I was there, free cookies at the front desk, free shuttle service during the morning & afternoon commute hours. Other niceties: elevators so you don’t have lug luggage up and down stairs, on duty lifeguard, 5 minutes away from the metro. Room was clean. I found one spider in the bathroom. Front desk staff is friendly but not knowledgeable—they are totally clueless on the shuttle service (where it goes, when it leaves, how to make a reservation, etc.). The bad: I could hear footsteps from the folks that were in the room above mine. My room did NOT have a room number on the outside.
