I worked for this company for 1 year and i loved it and i also stayed as a customer with this company and had no complaints.. Just wanted to say thank you for the oppurtunity for being employed and being a satisfied customer..

My family stayed at the site on Hickman Rd in Des Moines and was very satisfied. We made a reservation at the hotel the night before because of a family crisis but the hotel only had a small suite remaining next to the lobby. To our surprise, there was a soccer team staying there and the kids were all very loud and could be heard trampling up and down the stairs. We politely told the management about this and the hotel representative didn't flinch once. He put us in a very large suite upstairs in a quiet area and didn't charge extra. We stay there everytime we come down from Minnesota and we will stay there again. We love the restaurant next door too. Very good food!!

We had a problem at the hotel and were treated shabbily, disrespectfully, by both the management and later by their corporate office. Do not believe the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee".

One thing I can't stand when I read these reviews is people compairing a $ 2 or 3 star facility with a 4 or a 5 star facility.. You get what you pay for. The rooms are clean, its close to the airport and surrounding attractions in the area. And its a value for your buck. If you can afford $120 a night hotel don't expect silk sheets and embossed towels, you are not getting the Hilton, but it is a good place to stay, and its clean.
