Never staying again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/11/10
Charged me $18 per day for internet, the rooms are dated and need renovation, the front desk staff was lethargic to say the least and I am extremely dissapointed. Overpriced and overrated. Won't be staying again.

Baby shower
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/04/09
R. Scott and the catering staff could not have been any better. They followed all my requests; they went out of their way to make this small affair prefect for me and my daugther[ the mother-to-be] and our guests. The room and bathroom were clean and smelled very nice; there were some women's products in a basket in the bathroom if needed. The food was great and the apple blossom dessert was spectular. The Beverage station was wonderful if you wanted seconds you could serve yourself instead of waiting for the waitress to come around a second time. Parking is easy there. Location was great; more people need to find this facility for their parties.

Stayed many times Never saw any prostitutes.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/25/09
We have stayed numerous times for business with QVC and never have we seen any prostitutes. The staff and rooms are always great. I have always felt at home when I stay. They will go above the call of duty to satisfy their customers. I have spent my share of evenings in the bar and have never seen signs of prostitution.

Hotel for prostitutes!
By Catarina, 12/09/08
There are a lots of prostitutes that work in this hotel. You will not feel comfortable having this kind of people around, and more when you are with your family. This is not a hotel where you can have your business meeting, your costumer will feel uncorfortable - if he or she is a family person! Try a better hotel.

A Nice Place to Stay
By frequentGUEST, 10/02/08
All I can say is Fabulous!!!! This hotel is one of the friendliest hotels ever, from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you are leaving the employees always make you feel like you are at home. KT and Eric at the Front Desk are just wonderful. The staff was perfect and made our stay very enjoyable. Loved the bed and each day the bedding smelled laundered and fresh. Veronica in the White Horse is a wonderful server who always greeted me with a smile. Menu is a little pricey but the chef makes omelets in the White Horse and delivers it to your table. Enjoyed Chesterfields in the evening for a nice lite fair Ian was a wonderful bartender who had great suggestions from the menu. I think the only issue I had was with the Front Desk evening shift, no one was in any sort of uniform, they looked very unprofessional. No jackets, shirt sleeves rolled up, no name tags. I have stayed here many times and could not believe that management would allow their staff to look so disheveled. They were enjoying each others company more than taking care of the guests. When I called a 2nd time to let them know that I was still having trouble with my tv, the clerk who answered asked me to hold on, she then asked someone else if the had called in the tv problem from room xxx, I actually heard the other person say "opps no." Otherwise it was a very nice stay and will stay thee again because I really like the property.

disappointed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/19/08
I have stayed here and it was great. However I recently got engaged and was planning my wedding reception. We went to the Sheraton Great Valley and LOVED it! After a couple meetings and going over pricing, the event planner just stopped returning our phone calls and emails! We were going to be spending a lot of money at the Sheraton considering we were going to have our engagement party, rehearsal dinner, and wedding reception there. Plus all the out of town guests would have been staying there! After two weeks of not hearing back we decided to book another location. We were very disappointed in the service.

My "Best Friend" and Me!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/08/07
It is so hard to find a hotel of this quality that will accept my small "well behaved" dog, who I travel with constantly. Both my "best friend" and I enjoyed our stay immensely!

"WELCOME HOME"
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/16/07
The only thing I can say is OH MY GOODNESS!! The staff at the Sheraton Great Valley is the Best! After having a long flight from Cali, and not getting to the hotel until 12:30 am; I was not just exhausted but famished. The night time clerk at the desk, "J" was so kind to get me a sandwich and a drink at no charge. He quickly checked me into my room and had the food delivered. In the morning having no idea how to get to my meeting place the front desk clerk "T" offered me a shuttle to my meeting. The bellman, "T", told me to call the hotel to let them know when I was finished and the shuttle would pick me up. Arriving back at the hotel that night, still tired from jet lag, "L" at the desk offered Chesterfields as a convienent place for a nice meal. Chesterfields was awesome! The food was excellent and the service I received from the staff was more than I expected, considering it was very busy. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and whenever I am in Chester County I will stay at the Sheraton Great Valley.

Awesome Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/20/06
I never thought I would ever stay at a hotel that catered to my every need and want. The moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the Bellman stating "Welcome Home!", I knew I was going to have a great stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my 5 day business stay was the best I ever experienced. The Front Desk staff were awesome in customer service and the wait staff took care of me in every way possible. The Omelete Chef in the morning made me the best breakfast and even though the restaurant was busy, the Chef helped me make a wonderful breakfast chose. If your ever in Chester County, stay at the Sheraton Great Valley, they will ALWAYS take care of you.
