Be warned - you may get bumped
Reserved a king room several days before arrival. Arrived at hotel at 3:45 pm. Lobby was full of people waiting to get into their rooms because rooms were not cleaned yet. After waiting in line for 30 minutes to check in, desk agent said there were no more king rooms even though I had reserved one. Hotel was overbooked. That does happen, but it happened in this case because they let a bunch of walk-in's register before the 3 pm check in time. Desk agent had no explanations - manager offered no apologies. Waited for one and half hours. After going to back to the desk the third time and being told they had no room ready for me, I pointed out that the person in front of me had just arrived and got a room immediately. Desk agent went to the back to speak to manager, and came back and said there was a mix up and, voila, a room was ready. I am not the type to scream or be rude to people and was very polite to the desk agent each time. Desk agent was polite as well, but offered no explanations, would not commit to a time when the room would be ready. Desk manager was short, but not rude.
Will definitely not return to this hotel. Oh, and all they would do for me is comp my parking, but only after I asked.
If you book this hotel be prepared for a long wait, and even after that you may not have a room. Next time, I will go elsewhere.
