Niagara Plaza By FairBridge Hotels, Niagara Falls

My husband and I Stayed at this hotel for one evening , We booked the Deluxe Jaccuzi Fireplace suite . The room was very clean and check in was a breeze the girls at the front desk were great. The view although not off the falls was very nice . We wanted a nice quiet getaway and that was excatly what we got . Although some of the reviews left me with some doubts.I am glad that we went to this hotel

I booked this hotel on a recomendation of a friend. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, service and value. Next time I will try the Delus Suite. I would recomend this hotel if you are looking for great value.

I visited The Niagara Falls Plaza Hotel last week and I believe they are under new management because some of the other reviews here are definitely not accurate, the place is spotless!!! the staff were very very promt and professional and everything went smoothe! I would not have any problems recommending this hotel to any traveler of any age, I am surprised that this hotel is so reasonably priced, such good value for money! the new management are doing a terrific job!!!

well.. contrary to what the other have said in their reviews, i had a rather nice time at this hotel. first of all i didnt go to the hotel to make friends with their clientelle, i saw them for a whole 2 minutes and that was it, and by the way, they were quite nice. room service was good, we recieved everything we needed and it was just fine. The hotel location was great actually, besides not having a view of the falls, (in which u'd have to cough up a lot of cash for) i would have to say it was quite convenient, sure it was a fair walk from the falls itsself.. but along with that it was also away from all the noise of the busy entertainment core where a lot of the other hotels are located. i personally didnt even realize it was next to an "adult entertainment" place.. and if i had known, it wouldnt have made a difference. we in no way were inconvenienced by that, so there is no problems. All in all, i had a rather good experience.. and yes.. agreeing with one of the reviews, the Fireplace/ Jacuzzi suite was REALLY nice, and as a matter of fact i will be returning to that same hotel again this summer. So dont be misled by the above (or below) negative on sided reviews.. they had a relatively bad experience and boohoo for them, but i had a great one, and im sure you will too. so, rock on, and GO LEAFS GO!

I found this hotel on the internet for my 1 year anniversary. Upon arriving...and going past the strip club (next door) I realized that we would NOT be staying there EVER. It was 7pm, dark and cold, but I didn't even step out of the car. Picture a Budget Inn with a tower. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Luckily we found a room at the nearby Hilton for the same rate! Beautiful hotel. DON'T EVER STAY AT THE PARK PLAZA HOTEL.

After driving to Niagara Falls all we couuld think about was laying in the bed for a while to relax. Well! that did not happen at this hotel. When we got there they did not have us in the computer and had the nerve to ask was i sure that i had booked at the Park Plaza?? I am not stupid! I was quite pissed. I had booked the room about a week before arrival for May 20th for 2 nights. Friday and Saturday. Well after about 5 mins of him searching he found us booked for June 20th then told us they had no more rooms and suggested we try to find another room for the next night. He claimed they sold out that morning!!! We had to go across the street and find a room for the next night. They did however put us up in one of the fireplace jacuzzi suites for the night (which was a very nice room) and have told us we should have a room for tonight. We'll be finding that out soon!!! The other bad thing is that we called twice to check on different things and gave our name and date of arrival both times!!! So if you do decide to stay here maybe you should triple check your reservation to make sure there is "room in the inn" for you!!!

While attempting to save money using hotwire for our family vacation, we attempted to stay at Park Plaza Hotel International. Upon arriving, our room was not ready, the hotel was filthy, and the clientele appeared shady. Afterall, it shares a parking lot with an adult entertainment center (aka. strip club.) Do not recommend this hotel
