Mill Inn, Sheridan

very nice, well appointed, best stocked room we have had on our trip and we are 2 weeks into the trip.l great personnel and service

We were going to Sheridan for an appointment that we could not miss so we were going to be a way for our aniversary. To my suprise my husband had called the desk at the Mill Inn to see if it were possible to get a room and also do something extra to the room for a suprise for me. The girls at the desk said they would and when I arrived I found flowers, a card, and candy kisses in our room. It was the sweetest thing. I asked my husnband how he managed to pull that off and he said he just asked the girl and she said no problem. Come to find out the desk girl could not leave so she called in another desk girl who went on her time off to get all the stuff for our room. It was so thoughtful of my husband and the front desk girls. Thank you for a memorable aniversary.

Even though it appeared that the motel was virtually unoccupied (by observing the sall number of cars in the parking lot), we were given a room at the end of the facility nearest a busy highway. Wireless internet access was available only by sitting outside the door to our room. When another room was requested with better internet access, we were told that it would be necessary to "have one cleaned" which apparently was too great a task. We were then promised a reduce rate for our two night stay, but upon checkout were charged the full rate.

The room was clean and comfortable. I specifically asked if they had internet and was told yes. I discovered that internet was not available in all rooms - mine did not have it. No other rooms were available. The TV was fuzzy on all channels except 3 or 4 and HBO wasn't watchable. Management would not discount because of problems.

we were quite happy with our room, actually it was two rooms with three beds- everything was very neat and clean except the frig had been unplugged with the door shut and it had molded inside. we called front desk and they came up right away and offered to change it out. The only complaint we had was the beakfast - we got down there about 9am and the whole place was a mess, there was nothing left to eat unless you wanted to count 1 slice of bread, the counters were smeared with crumbs and left over food and didnt look like anyone had wipe them down all morning. Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay, we got a good nights rest on very comfortable beds and the people working there were friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable! Staff was very attentive and friendly. I would most definitly go back, and would not hesitate to send others. Beds were good. Continental beakfast was a plus! Next time bringing our dog. They accept pets. Also part of complex incorporates an old flour mill of interest itself!
