Great Hotel

It was a great hotel, I stayed there a few nights. I paid for most of it with a free gift card that I got from ESPN. I think they're still giving them out at nflgiftcards.info, hurry before they run out!

Nice Hotel, I would return

We went here to just get a way for a long weekend. Staff was very friendly and accomodating, pool was nice and warm, rooms were clean, king bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. whether it was a belgium waffle for an egg sandwich, cereal, toast, yogart and more it was good. Coffee all day too. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room too. Everything was clean. Very nice hotel, I would return.

Pretty Good

I stayed here a few weeks back and I had an good experience. I plan to go back. Good: Very nice staff, customer focused, attentive. Clean room Nice pool (outdoor) Clean Towels at the pool. Breakfast- continental breakfast with fruit and a make your own belgian waffles station (awesome). Free wifi (works best if you follow the instructions, I didn't and messed up my connection but the free tech help was good to work with and got me back up and running). Next to Target and other stores Bad: Location is challenging to find if you don't have writen/printed directions.

The other opinions were way off. It was no way that close to N.Y.City. It took me an HOUR!! The people who work there were rude and I did not care for the cleanliness of the rooms. We actually checked out early and went across the street to the Hilton Garden Inn. We paid the same price for a brand new hotel. We had drinks at the bar, swam in their indoor pool and had a great breakfast in the morning. Just goes to prove, do your research. Don't trust opinions. Employees must have written those others!!!

Good,clean hotel

This is a very nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was good. They also have a computer in the lobby for customers to use which is nice. When I stayed here, they were probably only 10-15 rooms out of the 4 floor hotel was occupied. It just meant a quieter hotel. Its right next to I-287. My only complaint is the price, $90/night but that seems to be more of a problem in the area and not of this hotel. If you want a clean, nice room, and don't mind paying $89-$109/night, then use Fairfield Inn at Spring Valley.
