Not very on top of things.

We arrived 1 hour past check in time only to be told that our room was not ready for us. We were asked to come back 15 minutes later and it would be ready. Normally, this wouldn't bother me too much but we were traveling with 3 children who were totally wiped out. After waiting 20 minutes we decided to head to our room. When we found our room the cleaning staff was still working on it. The one lamp in the room was broken, sheets were torn, and we couldn't get anyone to send us more towels. The chair in the room had a large burn hole in the middle of it. The pool was alright. It was in need of some cleaning attention but after dealing with house keeping, I didn't expect much. Most of my information on the reservation they had messed up. If it wasn't for the fact that all the other hotels were booked due to holiday weekend we wouldn't have stayed there. The biggest thing that upset me is that never during the entire ordeal of checking in did anyone appologize for the all the trouble I was put through.
