Beware, Don't dare stay there!
First, the staff was extremely cordial, as people in the south usually are. Northerners like me can often feel trapped into returning "nicities" for "nicities" while forgetting to kick butt and take names. When I checked into my room I noticed the bugs. Though they didn't seem to be bed bugs, they were bugs nonethess; and, they were on the bed. I was too tired to find another hotel so I asked for a new room. The bugs were "only" in the bathroom this time. The next day I asked the hotel to completely change all of my bedding. I stayed two more days and didn't notice the return of the bugs until the last evening of my visit. On the last day of my visit, because the hotel staff decided, on their own, my business stay should be cut short, the plush Ralph Lauren wash cloths I'd brought from home were missing. Furthermore, I couldn't enter the hotel through the rear door, near my car, because my key was de-activated. Throughout the visit I complained about the bugs, missing linen and non-functional room key; however, though I felt heard by the staff with their warm, southern hospitality, the price of my room remained the same, nothing was comped and I was told, by the staff, to make sure I made note of my complaint on the "free" guest review card.
