Hotel 30, Girard

HORRIBLE!!! We checked in on Monday. Did not have maid service until Monday. Only 1 day out of the10 days. We had to buy bleach for the bathroom. Nasty! Moldy grout both floor and shower. Toilet horribly stained. Was suppose to be a smokefree room. It reeked of smoke. Had to buy air freshener and spray EVERYDAY it was so bad in the carpets and drapes and bedspreads. It was hard to breath because I'm on oxygen. We had to go to office to get our own towels and toilet tissue. We were told on check in that manager was on 24 hrs call. She never answered phone when I called. Signs on building say must be 25 feet away for smoking. Both manager and employees smoke right by building. Office reeks too of it. No table or chairs in room. Online says free Continental Breakfast. They're was none. Asked about it saturday. The manager promised there would be one the next day between 8 and 10. We went at 9, 9:20 and 9:30. Doors were locked. No one around. Gave up. AC half worked. Alot of the motel descriptions online are lies. Sign on microwave says if you slam microwave door the microwave will be put away and locked up. Sign in office says no refunds. I would of left and gone to another motel but I didn't have the money to do it. It ruined my whole trip. It was horrible!!!!!!!

The good: the price The bad: Mold and mildew all over our room. My wife and I were sickened by the condition of our room!

I stayed there a few days ago.The lady said her name was Tina.She rolled her eyes when I asked how much the room was.She couldn't give me an internet room because all them rooms where dirty.There wasn't a car in sight that night or the morning after I can see why very ignorant people.
