Alhambra Resort, Fort Lauderdale

awesome customer service, very clean, well decorated. Attention to details. reminded us of the cozy feeling of a B&B ! we come to ft lauderdale 1-2 times a year and have stayed at several places on the strip and near it...this is by far the best !

My wife and I have been to Ft Lauderdale several times and Alhambra Resort was hands down the best place we have stayed. Matt was great and the prices were well worth it. Free parking and breakfast!! Clean comfortable rooms and a beautifull pool. Can't wait to go back!

This place was amazing. Have stayed in this area for several years, but this was the first time here. What a great place to stay for a great price. The room was perfect and the pool was beautiful. Half block to the beach made it so easy. We decided to check out a day early (something came up) and Matt gave us back a whole day's payment without even asking. What other place would do something like this. I have told everyone about this great little find and how helpful the guys were. I will definitely return next year. If you go ask to stay in Room #5. It is done great; makes you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel.

Stopped there after our cruise and this is a great spot, it's just off the beach and the guys that run this place were great. Would stay again. Thanks again for a great stay. Honeymooners D&T

Before finding this place, we had booked elsewhere but decided to change. I am SO glad we did!! Great Location, Beautiful setting(it really does look like the pictures on the Web Page), clean, close to the beach, restaurants and stores,amazing staff.....what more to say except this is a "keeper" for sure! Thank you Matt, Chris and Gaby for making our vacation a great one! See you next year!

My husband and I spent 6 days at this lovely place in Fort Lauderdale. A week before our arrival, we happenned to pass by and we left them a piece of luggage, which they took care of for one week, very kindly. Matt and Chris were extremely friendly and helpful in every sense, they made you feel at home. The rooms are perfect: comfortable, elegant, tidy, clean. The complimentary breakfast is generous and satisfying. The whole place with the garden and heated pool is just lovely, with different kinds of palm trees, nicely lighted in the evening. We could use their beach chairs and umbrella to go to the beach. Also gave us water bottles, maps, and advice. And you can see the nearby sea from the balcony. The location is great, one step away from the beach and at walking distance of beachfront shops and restaurants. Very close to trendy Las Olas Bvd. too. We really recomend this place and hope we can go back soon.

We couldn't have had a better experience staying at the Alhambra. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great (right next to the Casablanca Cafe, a tasty restaurant, and thirty seconds from the beach). The rooms are comfortable and nicely kept; a bit old-school but they're clean and have lot of charm. Nice pool area, also. Continental breakfasts, wi-fi and they provide a computer for communal use. Great value for the money. I definitely plan on staying here again next time I'm in Fort Lauderdale.

Our group of eight adults stayed here for four nights and were very glad we did. Matt, Chris and Gabe the housekeeper were terrific and made us all feel very much at home. Our rooms were very comfortable and adequate. The location is excellent as the beach, restaurant, water taxi, airport and cruise terminal are all close by. All eight of us agreed that our next visit to Ft. Lauderdale will bring us back to our home away from home, The Alhambra Beach Resort. Bob and Brenda

Spent the weekend here before going on to the Trump Sonesta for a conference. Should have been the other way around. Much better, convenient, more character, better situated and Matt and Chris made the stay very enjoyable. We were really dissapointed in the Trump dump and regretted we had to leave the Alhambra. Great little place and I would recommend to anyone. Good value.
