Knights Inn Madison Heights, Madison Heights

I live in New Jersey, everytime I come home Knights Inn always have a room available for me & my family! Very nice employees, very helpful...rooms are clean, No smells, No problems, its in the middle of everything!!

The reviews preceding this one must have been written in 1972 because this hotel was scary. I chose this hotel based on the reviews as I was new to the area. Things wrong with our room: 1. Smelled 2. Towels in the bathroom were old and stained 3. Bathroom was not clean looking 2. Heat did not work properly 3 TV remote was broken 4. Door jam was kicked in when I returned to my room for the second night 5. When I made the management aware of the problems they only offered to get me a different room even when I told them I was not comfortable staying in their hotel another night due to the door jam being kicked in. They would not refund my money. I paid 125 dollars for a very scary experience. In short, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
