What Happened to Customer Service?
My wife and I stayed two nights at Abigails several weeks ago. We were awakened in the middle of the night by a loud buzzing from the wall behind our bed. The night clerk moved us to another room, but there was no apology.
When I checked out I paid for both nights without question, but asked why there had been no apology for the racket on the first night. Once again, no apology.
There are plenty of ggod B&Bs that still understand customer service, and know that a good attitute at the front desk will keep small problems from turning into show stoppers. I won't go back to Abigails and I would recommend you not go there either.
