Enterprise Hotel, London

My mother booked this hotel on a hotel.com type of site and the hotel was not at all nice. The staff was not helpful, the hotel is not close to any of the attractions of London, you have to figure your way through the metro system to get to the heart of London. Also, the hotel is not close to the express train to Heathrow Airport instead the hotel is happy to call you a cab that will cost you $80 U.S. dollars. The rooms are tiny and the staff does not explain that you have to have a key to turn on your power in the room. The rooms are hot and stuffy even when the window is open, and you are charged for everything. I would not recommend staying at this hotel its not worth the money you pay and its not very comfortable. The rooms are very small and the beds are so old you feel like you are sleeping on springs instead of a mattress.
