Will not stay again

The room was big, but the bathroom was small. It is very close to eating and shopping. The staff were polite, but the room was outdated and I don't think the cleanest. Although it looked clean, I'm not sure the sheets were cleaned after the last people checked out. there are 5 other hotels out my window, will pry pick one of those next time

Cant wait to go back!

Finding this hotel was the best part of our trip! It was very clean and the staff were friendly. I can't wait to stay again next March during the SEC Women's Basketball tournament!

One and only time staying here

The place was clean, but service and basic amenities were lacking. I have never had to wait until after 2:00 to have a room cleaned and the ice machine did not work.

Regular rooms are too small! Customers 50+

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for our 1st Annv. and booked 4 nights but only stayed 2 and headed bach home. We are a younger couple and everyone that was there seemed to be an older crowd. The rooms are very small, there was a hole in our ceiling, air cond was very loud and the mattress are very low to the ground that needs updating(70's stripes) and is unconfortable! Would not stay AGAIN! The video that we previewed before booking made it look alot better then it was. The only good expereince we had was in the bar area and the lady that was entertaing the one night!

DO NOT STAY HERE

Our room smelled clean like over clean and we were there like 30 min my eyes were swelling itching we thought maybe it was the cleaning products they used so we left turned on the air thought it might air out.When we returned like 7 hours later still very over powering we switched rooms that one wasnt much better it was late we stayed to be woke up by a dog barking at like 7 am I did not know they allowed pets or I wouldnt have stayed there Im allegic to animals dogs,cats ect.went down to the front desk told the we were leaving and why not to mention I had bite marks dont know if it could have been fleas itched like crazy.Told the front desk all of this didnt get a sorry or anything was treated like crap went to Comfort Suites right around the corner I highley recommend this place clean peaceful ,very friendly.I payed $93.55 for Guesthouse wich was NASTY and $105.00 for peace of mind and a chance to relax

Nice-ish!

It was nice, but you could tell MAJOR differences between the lower floors and the upper ones. At least 4th floor looked like a converted smoker's floor, and it looked kinda nasty. The room was ok, kinda tight though. The breakfast could have been much better, so we just walked to the McDonald's next door. I would stay here again, but probably only for one night.

Loovedd It!

My grandma and i go every year to cma fest aka fan fair. aand we have stayed here every year. the staff are soo nice. our room was super clean and never had any problems with anything. the breakfast is great. And it is close to everything. i would definitally stay there again. we are actually leaving in a week to go again(: im so excited. i cant wait to get there and have some fun and make more memories in that hotel, more than we already have and one's that will last us a life time. I recommend this to EVERYONE. It is super fun and you will definitaly have some memories from this hotel.(:

Dirty floors, Rude counter people, they moved us to another room and the floors were just as dirty!!!!!! Pros: Its a bed to sleep in Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE!!!

WE WERE REALLY INPRESSED BY THE LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, AND ACCOMDIATIONS OF THIS HOTEL. IT HAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY. MY FAMILY CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK FOR OUR NEXT GETAWAY. WE WILL TAY HERE AGAIN.

Always The Best!

There is nothing to complain about other than my stay wasn't long enough! The entire staff is wonderful! A friendly staff and exceptionally clean hotel equal a great place to stay in Nashville.
