Not a Good Choice

Very dirty, not worth it at any cost. Awful beds, horrible a/c, musty and old smelling room covered up (unsuccessfully) by horrible fragrance. I did not sleep a wink. Also, the front desk staff was rude, not directly to me, but to someone on the phone while I was standing in front of them. I found their language unacceptable. I had no other choice for a hotel, but if I had to do it all over again, I would have slept in my car!

Horrible

The hotel was gross. Asked for non-smoking but someone or people had definitely been smoking in there before hand. Wall paper coming down, beds very uncofortable. Will never go back again!!!! First and last time......staff very rude!!!!!

This hotel was the worst I have ever been to the staff were rude and the rooms was not that great the carpet was dirty and it smelled like mold I had to leave so I went over to the Ramada Inn where is was alot better I will not stay at the days Inn ever again

More then we paid for!

I was surprized, we booked th room to stay befor our cruise, my wife wanted to stay across from the port at three times the money, i convinced her we werent going to be there long and a Days Inn would due, the property was well landscaped, the pool was big and the rooms had fairly new bedding and carpet, most of all the were clean! will be back!

Very convenient

Tired from driving; this hotel was a life saver. Staff is curtious and very helpful. Hotel grounds are well keep, but the rooms are a bit too run-down but sleepable.

we go here twice a year

we come to cocoa 2 times a year and we find this hotel very conveniant. the hotel should improve on carpet, rooms better clean, restrooms, holes on rooms, hallways not clean, ac and heat. the beds and pillows a little old *The service is ok but can improve overall is really not bad but needs improvements quick.
