Run, don't walk, run...
Heavy smell that stayed in my clothes for three days.Frayed carpet with burn marks from the iron. Ironing board set up in the room. Loose electrical outlets. Scotch tape holding batteries in the TV remote. Power strip hanging loosely from the wall behind the TV and a tangle of wires behind the phone. Broken drawer. Unsanitary looking bathroom. No shuttle to the airport. Bordered by the freeway behind and a car wash in front. There are restaurants and and shopping nearby, but locals tell me this isn't a safe neighborhood. TV had a good picture and there was a small fridge and a microwave. Free Wi-fi but a complicated access code. There's more to say, but you get the idea. This seems to be a deteriorating property and I would never recommend this hotel for a weary traveler. I would recommend spending a little more for a better experience. In short, this was a real adventure--a cautionary tale.
