Disappointing.
By Tyler, 7/8/11
Well the room was nice, most channels on the tv kept going static the wireless internet kept going in and out all the time, there were like four different kind of bugs we encountered in our room during our stay there were cockroaches(small ones), earwigs, some type large of beetle, and my brother woke up with bug bites of some insect all down his back, legs and arms, So that didn't make our stay enjoyable, and in the morning the breakfast was already gone one hour since it has opened, the service was nice but they weren't that much help, it had a good location down the street from the mall and numerous of restaurants, and the price was nice and cheap. i don't think i'll be staying there again.

Very Nice Place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/20/09
The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and lots of TV channels and the staff was very nice and helpful. They had a nice breakfast in the morning. Great location down the road from the genesee valley mall.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Howard Johnson. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The Price was just right! The location was great b/c It was right off the high way, especially when you are traveling. There are many restaurants and plenty of things to do it that area. So itÂ’s a perfect location. The room I stayed in was very clean, just remodeled and I thought it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. It was well worth the stay. I give the Howard Johnson a 2 Thumbs Up!

Disappointment
By Barbie, 8/9/06
This hotel is not in great condition. The room was musty. It was fairly clean but the toilet seat was old and yellow-stained and the sink control was chipped. The shower was so cheap I thought it was going to break when I got in it. The shampoo smelled good, though. Citrusy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There were two really thin cheap towels available for use. The continental breakfast was almost gone by the time we got there (one hour before it was supposed to close) and the staff, though friendly, weren't much help. I was expecting more from a HoJo. I will not stay here again.
