Amazing experience
By Steven, 1/2/09
I was impressed with the exterior quality when I pulled in to register. I reserved a room for 2 nights through Travelocity. The registration was quick and easy--the desk clerk was polite and efficient. The lobby was very nice. I entered my room and was immediately FLOORED-- I purchased a "studio" suite, expecting a cramped, probably shabby room, but found something actually the size of a studio apartment. The room was immaculately clean and free of any odors, as was the bathroom. Plenty of sitting space was provided throughout the room (there was even a vanity area with seat in front of the mirror/sink), the fireplace was clean (composite logs were available at the front desk), and the bathroom exceeded my expectations--clean and fully functioning, not something often found in hotel bathrooms! The couch was comfortable, the television was large as compared to most hotels' (AND the front desk loans dvd's free-of-charge)the bed was fabulous (my wife has scolios, and no back pain in the morning!) and the linens were completely clean and free of holes, rips, etc. The kitchen was immaculate as well, and stocked with REAL utensils and dishes, the range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink were full-size and fully functioning. The room was most definitely worth the money I paid through Travelocity, and would have certainly been worth the full price had I not booked through Travelocity.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/20/07
I stayed at the Arbor Inn & Suites for 2 nights at the beginning of December 07 due to a plumbing issue at my home. The property was well kept, the room was very nice & clean and the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I felt the rate which I paid ($89 per evening) for my room type (a studio room) was a great price compared to the other hotels in the area I checked prior to selecting this one. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond in making me feel welcome, and this hotel will be my first choice for accommodating my family when they come to visit in the future. Even though the reasons that led me to stay at this hotel were unpleasant, when all was said and done the stay itself ended up feeling like a mini-vacation and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Pleasantly surprised with the accommodations
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/27/07
This “all-suite” hotel featured functional décor, full kitchens, and high-speed wireless internet. The full kitchens include a refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher and a coffee maker. The dishwasher was great for our length of stay! Other extras include complimentary breakfast, a weekly complimentary pizza night, free laundry facilities and a fitness center. Oh yes and pets are allowed, no need to give your pet an unnecessary heart attack by putting them up. The staff was extremely efficient. All in all a great place to get your dollars worth.

Blast from the Past
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/9/07
After the quick and efficient check-in everything deteriorated quickley. Our room was dark and depressing and smelled like stale cigarette smoke (supposed to be a smoke-free room). We thought we had walked into a room decorated in the 1970's! We were there four days and received maid-service one time. Towels were piling up and our bedsheets were stained, with what appeared to be coffee. We told this to the desk clerk and were informed that there was no room service on weekends unless requested. A large spider called the bathroom home and was killed on the way to my wife's foot. Another dead spider was found in the kitchen. Also, there was one glass in the room. We never felt clean in this hotel and could not wait to check-out. The owner's might want to spend some money on upgrading and maintaining this property.

Decor a little dated but still a nice place to stay.
By Tish, 4/15/07
The decor in the room was a little dated, making the room feel stale. It is in a great location for shopping and dining out.
