Low-side of ok

Hotel is ok, not great. Rooms are nice and clean, but staff is unhelpful and haughty. Room service is awful -- it's fetched from a restaurant next door. Also, riff-raff tends to stay at this hotel; someone kicked the room service plates outside my door for no reason at all. Will never stay here again.

Good business hotel

value hotel

clean room; nice indoor pool, but jacuzzi was out of order; good front desk service; convenient drive to Metro train to DC; quiet location on weekends since business parks are empty; good restaurant choices within 10 minute drive to Gaithersburg

Unpleasant Experience

Our room was nice. But when we checked out, my aunt accidentally left one of her bags. She called them up and told them our room number and the name it was reserved under. But they said they couldn't find that name and my aunt's bag.

Not Good!

This is the worst hotel I've been to. I was charged twice for my room. I made the reservation using credit card but paid them cash upon check-out. They charged my credit card anyway.

Good hotel but expensive

I felt comfy but i booked king size they gave me double bed nyway i was tired so just slept. Good hotel i guess it is expensive just coz of courtyard when i compare with next block hotels they are better comparision to price and its facilities
