Super 8, Davenport

This hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient to central Florida attractions. It's not the most luxurious place, but certainly great value for the price. The shower was hot with good water pressure, the beds were comfortable and they have a big, clean pool. One small negative--breakfast was very limited, only juice, muffins and cereal. But there are lots of restaurants nearby that serve breakfast. Although this hotel is not the kind of place I'd like to stay for a week it's fine for a night or two.

This hotel is very old and in need of serious repair. We made reservations for a king size bed, but upon arrival were told that only "certain" rooms were pet friendly and had to settle for a double. The location of these rooms were terrible. Overall the room needed repair to the ceiling, and the bathroom needed to be completely redone. Stay at your own risk pet owners.

I would highly recommend this hotel for budget families looking to enjoy Florida but not paying a big price. We were in Room #6 right on the fron of hotel - didn't use pool - too cool in February and didn't us ethe Breakfast because either sleep in or was ready to hit the road eary in the morning. Room was nice for family of 3 with frig and microwave. Resturants close - walking distance for Denny's Burger King and Waffle House. Quiet. Was only 2 exits to Disney Parks. HIGHLY Recommend.. NO laundry facilities but about 10 miles west very nice one in a strip mall. We stayed there for 6 nights and enjoyed using the computer in the lobby for personal use since we don't have our own laptop.
