Outstanding Customer Service

In the end of Feb '06, Iowa was hit by a blizzard and power was out for quite a few days. I needed a place to take my daughter and elderly grandmother to keep warm. I called several hotels and the Heartland was the only place that told me they would have a room for us when we got there. We kept in phone contact with them to let them know we were coming and after an hour or so, we arrived and they welcomed us in. They had no power at that time, but we could come in and get warm!
