Rimview Inn, Billings

The room was fairly clean, considering the age of the carpet and furniture. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and it was reasonably close for a nice walk to downtown. However, the service was extremely poor. At Check-in, there was not a welcoming attitude from the desk managers. Our non-smoking room filled with smoke once we turned on the bathroom exhaust fan. When I called to inform them of this, they unsypathetically said they would tell their maintenance folks, which did nothing for improving the comfort of our stay. We were not offered a new room and I had to request air freshener to dull the sickening smell. Overall, not happy with this hotel and would not recommend it to others due to the clear lack of concern toward the comfort of the customer.

Though this is an older facility we found it very clean. There was no shampoo provided, but we had our own. It was nice to have so much space with a kitchen and recliner. The flowers outside were beautiful! We were on our way from Yellowstone to Battle of the Little Bighorn. This was very convenient. The breakfast had granola and very fresh raisin bread. My husband appreciated the peanut butter for his toast! When coffee ran out it was replaced very quickly. My daughter loved sitting next to the fish tank while she ate.

Being across from the street from the Billings Clinic was very convenient. The price was right and even with outside entrances the large rooms were quiet. The wireless Internet was a big plus but the TV was older. The room was not dirty but the cleaning staff was far from through and could have done a better job. The shower soap dispenser was never filled so bring shampoo. It is a hotel that is fair for the price, and is a quiet comfortable place to sleep. However, if you want amenities, look elsewhere. The breakfast is not a breakfast, just a toaster and a loaf of bread, coffee and a juice machine.

The staff is the best, but the cleanliness is a bit lacking, especially in the bathrooms.

I was told by a good friend that this is the place to stay when in Billings Mt. Not only were the flowers beautiful and inviting but the staff was so helpful. Rooms are clean and large. close to airport and down town. Although a larger TV would complement the room size much better.

I loved the courteous staff, and the clean large rooms. The wireless internet was a great feature, and was always on. I really enjoyed the way the staff accommodated me in every aspect of my stay. I did find it the feeling of home, and it was very comfortable! I tell my friends and family about this place because the Rimview has extended parking for such a low fee!! It is worth the stay!

Stayed here for close proximity to airport. Shuttle was provided for us to return rental car the night before flying out and then to drive us to airport the next day. Shuttle was prompt and picked us up right at our door. Staff is very friendly, rates are very reasonable, room was clean and bed was comfortable. When I return to Billings, I will stay here again.

I love this place, the staff is always so friendly and helpful, this is the way all hotels should be. The rooms were large, and had kitchenettes in most of them, and the fish were the best attraction around!

The room was clean, had a reclining chair, decent beds and was fairly well maintained for an older establishment. It was nice to get a discount as we were in town for medical reasons and they are kind enough to extend this courtesy that the larger chains don't. The parking is good and well lit. Our reason for choosing this motel was it's proximity to the hospitals and clinics there.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Rimview Inn. We will definitely return. It was a refreshing change from the huge anonymous chains. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the kids loved the large aquarium in the office. The exterior was appealing with gorgeous flowers, and our room was larger than we expected, very clean and comfortable. We were flying out of Billings for a family trip, so we stayed at the Rimview before we left and when we returned. They took us to the airport and let us leave our car in their parking lot until we returned. They also picked us up from the airport after our trip. . . all free of charge. Also, there is a pool and a Perkins restaurant within walking distance which was very convenient.
