There is very little, if anything, bad that can be said of this hotel. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are professional and polite. The breakfast (included in the price of the room) is incredible. They have freshly baked...as in early THAT morning....bread and pastries, bountiful fresh fruit, and your choice of eggs. I am not called The Travelling Malcontent for nothing, read my reviews on this site of the Best Western hotel, Drummondville Quebec, and of the Auberge-Universeel on Sherbrooke Ave. in Montreal. Those hotels I bash...THIS hotel gets nothing but praise.

Great Place to Stay

We took our kids to NYC and stayed here. The bus stop is located just a few feet away, very conveinent. It takes you right into Port Authority in NYC. The room and every other inch of this hotel was spotless. The staff was very professional and friendly. The price was unbeatable. Oh yeah, the FREE breakfast was fantastic! Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel, you will not regret it. We can't wait to go back next year.

IT WAS A JOY JUST BEING THERE........ THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY... AND THE POOL AND THINGS ARE GREAT............. I REALLY ENJOYED MY SELF!!!!!!!!!!!1111 I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE BREAKFAST WAS FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a great time

Stayed a weekend with kids. The pool was great. The breakfast bar was super. If we ever have the need to stay in the area we would come back to this hotel. The room was large with queen beds. It was great for our family.
