Customer Dis-satisfaction

My boyfriend bought me two nights at this establishment for my birthday. I was very excited because I had never been to Cape May and lived in New Jersey all my life. Unfortunately the day of the trip I came down with the flu, he called to see if we could reschedule (we didnt want a refund) and they were rude and offered no options except to say..."who says you won't have the flu next time". I was disappointed enough and then they not only added to it, they were rude...I'm glad we didn't go, seems customer service isn't their thing. After reading the other reviews here about cleanliness it seems that running a hotel isn't their thing either.
