Home away from Home

This was the best B&B we stayed in. Hosts Vince and Pat were so helpful in finding information for us, making calls on our behalf and recommending places to visit. They had the perfect balance of respecting our privacy and making out stay fun and helpful. The inn itself is very homely and comfortable, very clean and spacious rooms. The garden is lovely, in fact we spent quite some time lying out on the grass reading books like we would at home. I too have a food allergy and Vince (he's the cook!) went to alot of trouble to cater for me. Breakfasts were excellent and different every day. From french toast, to cranberry pie, to eggs benedict, to croissant and muffins. This man can cook!

Perfect Romantic getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a delightful romantic weekend at Ashley Manor in 2/05. The historic house is amazing and filled with antiques. Inn Keepers Vince & Pat were very friendly and helpful yet gave us plenty of privacy. Breakfast was Yummy - Apple Sauce pancakes one day and 'Muffin Pan Eggs' the next. The warm homebaked Muffins were exceptional. I have a food allergy and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was fine. Their Resturant suggestions were perfect and they assisted in getting us a reservation. Our Room 'The Ashley Suite' was very comfortable with a working wood fireplace and a jacuzzi for two - sitting area was very nice - we spent a few hours just reading in front of the fireplace relaxing in the romantic peace and quiet. I'd definitely recommend them if you are looking for a Romantic getaway. I know we'll be back!
