horrible

I was referred to the Quality Inn by a local physician. I had to travel 4 hours to my doctors office for treatments for a duration of three weeks .Apparently, the physicians office was unaware of the conditions at this poor quality motel. The rooms at the Quality Inn were all of the same stature. There was a similar odor throughout the establishment. The carpeting must have an excessive amount of mildew to create this stench. The bathrooms had the previous guests hair on the floor and in the bath tub. After the first few minutes I was afraid to use the bedding. During the early morning when I first arose, I saw several bugs in the room which appeared to be either a type of water beetle or roaches. I complained to the management and I had given all the details. I did not receive much of a response. The staff is well aware of the conditions. I did find out that this Quality Inn is not Corporately owned but is owned solely by a Mr. Patel. I'm assuming Mr. Patel does not share the same guidelines of cleanliness that many Americans do.
I have found in the green travel guide, which is convientely at most rest stops and many diners, there is a comparably priced hotel at the next exit (32b) off of 95 north. About 1 mile away from the Burlington mall. The Travel Guide offers a coupon for about $80.00 per night at the Hampton Inn. The rooms are immaculate!
