We would never go back!!!
We went there for New Year's Eve to celebrate not only the date but also our 10th anniversary. I had just recovered from a year of cancer treatment and were looking forward to a special evening of dining and dancing. Our dinner was very good and the wait staff very friendly and accomodating. At 10:30, the music began. When we made the reservation we were told there would be dancing and that was one of the criteria for choosing the place. We are both in our 60s. Most of the guests in our room were at least that old if not older. The music was supplied by a DJ. Once it started, the speaker was in the dining room and the music was pounding. People were holding their hands over their ears. The maitre d' turned the speaker into the adjoining room where the DJ was but that did not help the situation. The music he was playing was loud and greared to the teenage age group. Guests kept going up and requesting that he turn the volume down and play songs that were appropriate to the age group., The only people dancing were a few teenage girls who were guests of a wedding party in the next room. Despite several requests to the DJ and the staff, no changes were made. Many people were complaining and nothing was done. The maitre d' invited us into the bar for a drink. We refused, as we had not picked that place to sit in the bar and drink. It was to be a celebration for us. We left by !1:30. Following the evening, I wrote a letter to the owners about our experience., They did not even have the decency to reply.
