Motel 6 Ventura Beach, Ventura

WELL WE REQUESTED A (NON)SMOKING ROOM GOT IN OUR ROOM AND IT SMELLED LIKE AN ASH TRAY!!! GOT THE 2ND ROOM AND IT STUNK SO BAD MY 12YR OLD SON GOT SICK!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS MOTEL 6 TILL THEY SPEND SOME MONEY AND DO A MAJOR UP GRADE YOUR HOTEL IS JUNK AND I WILL NEVER EVER USE MOTEL 6 AGAIN!!!

Pay-per day wifi that sucks small rooms and really small tv's like a 19inch but clean and nice walkable to beach but not for a woman

Sometimes you luck out and get a Motel 6 that is nice, like some of the newer or renovated ones. This ain't one of them. The location is cool because of the proximity to the ocean, but after that it's kind of a rip off. There's a Comfort Inn across the road that's just a few dollars more and twice as nice. I'll go there next time. My main complaint was the noise. Some nitwit spent the late evening and early morning hours driving through the parking lot, blaring his car stereo. Not sure if he was a guest or visitor, but whoever he was, he needed to be stopped and the front desk did NOTHING! No more Motel 6's. Not worth saving a few $$$$.
